★ We ship with FedEx express door-to-door.

★ All shipping are insured to the value of the jewelry and require your phone number and signature upon delivery.

★ Domestic (ISRAEL) shipping takes 2-3 days and is delivered to your door.

★ International shipping takes 2-5 days to most destinations and is delivered to your door.

★ The package will be delivered by hand and will need to be signed for by an adult.

★ In case a package returns to sender due to a decline to release from customs – buyers are responsible for any charges, fees & duties that may apply on return

★ Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.

★ We charge VAT from customers in Israel.

★ Outside of Israel, you will be charged your local tax at checkout, according to the laws of your country of residence.

★ Customers from the US, UK, Europe, and Canada: there is a free trade agreement between your country of residence and Israel and you will not be charged with Customs.

★ Every piece of jewelry is made to order to the ring size/ length you need.

★ We offer one sizing loop to each necklace or bracelet for free. Just let us know what length you would like the loop to be at.

★ Jewelry certificate & insurance appraisal is included with every order.

★ Your jewelry will be placed in a luxurious black velvet gift box.

★ You can request a personal greeting card to be added to your jewelry, with your personal message. Write to us your gift message and we will print and add it to your package.

★ Your jewelry box along with your certificate will be wrapped in a shipping box 8*4*2.75 inches.

★ We are proud of our quality handmade jewelry, and we pay special attention to examining each piece before shipping.

★ If there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you require other services you are welcome to contact us.

★ If you would like to return or exchange your jewelry, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.

★ Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

★ Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

★ If you would like to exchange one item for another, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

★ Your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation – please contact us before shipping to learn the safest way to ship.

★ Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified before any work is done to service your jewelry.

★ The warranty does not apply to fractures or scratched jewelry, lost diamonds or gemstones, and does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.

★ In the case of a misplaced diamond, we will be glad to reset it. Stones up to 0.05CT will be reset free of charge.

★ We are happy to resize your ring free of charge.

★ We will not be responsible for work or damage done to the jewelry by another jeweler.
