If you would like to return or exchange your jewelry, please contact usΒ withinΒ 3 days of delivery and ship the item back withinΒ 7 days of delivery.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs forΒ returning your item.

Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified before any work is done to service your jewelry.

The warranty does not apply to fractures or scratched jewelry, lost diamonds or gemstones, and does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.

In the case of a misplaced diamond, we will be glad to reset it. Stones up to 0.05CT will be reset free of charge.

We are happy to resize your ring free of charge.

We will not be responsible for work or damage done to the jewelry by another jeweler.

We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Β

Our insurance covers the shipping of the item to your door. Once you sign for it, you are responsible for insuring it.

We highly recommend getting insurance for your diamond jewelry. Insurance is necessary to protect your financial investment in the event that something gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Β Β Β It can be included in your homeowner's or renter's insurance.

Find your jewelry insurance appraisal in the jewelry certificate attached to your jewelry.

Have your jewelry reappraised every 5 years or so, as the value will likely increase, and you want your insurance to cover it accurately.

Every piece of jewelry is made to order to the ring size/ length you need.

Please take the time to make sure you choose the correct size.

We are happy to resize your ring free of charge.

We offer one sizing loop to each necklace or bracelet for free. Just let us know what length you would like the loop to be at.
